Yeah we’ve done it. Finally PONG on a embedded device is finished! Check out the project page gLCD. Last night me and Pieter stayed at college until 10 ‘o clock PM (really that late), and with results. The game is playable by a minimum of two ‘humans’.

After half an year me and my classmates finished up project: RailCab 2008. The project is about proving that by using the concept of ‘RailCab’ it is possible to increase the passenger capacity on a railway by 20%. We build a simulator that could run multiple algorithms to find the right one.

I’ve made some minor visual ‘improvements’ to my website. Images got a wider border, there was an issue with text touching some of ‘em. No more ugly gray backgrounds to site elements, including message options. I also made a menu for sub-pages, that was quite a struggle I know little about Wordpress theme-ing.

After running Linux for some time I’ve switched to an Apple computer. Directly I’ve noticed that my Mac drew a lot of memory resources. I run many applications at the same time so it could become a problem. Out of the box my Apple came with two GB of RAM no big hassle, I thought.
